M&M Software at the Hannover Messe 2025

Our newly designed AAS.TwinEngine was the star of the show – with data-driven, automatic configuration that makes all the difference. What else did we experience, learn and take away from HMI 2025? Now in retrospect.

M&M Software at the Hannover Messe

Many interesting discussions, great ideas and, right in the middle of it all, our newly designed AAS.TwinEngine – that was HMI 2025 for us.

Our highlights:

Hands-on innovation

Our revamped AAS.TwinEngine was the centrepiece – and attracted a lot of attention. We took your feedback seriously and created an integration framework that makes integrating your systems easier than ever:

  • Flexible plugin architecture
  • Deployable from edge to cloud
  • Real-time data access
  • High scalability

And our highlight par excellence: we use the semantic references stored in the standard submodels to automatically recognise the appropriate plugin and obtain the directly associated values. Anyone who has ever spent hours manually configuring submodel templates will appreciate the advantages of this data-driven automatic configuration – especially because everything remains flexible even when system changes are made.

Contacts that count

Whether at the OPC Foundation stand, the IFM GmbH stand or the IDTA joint stand, we met old acquaintances and made new connections. Particularly valuable: the open and direct exchange with players from the Industry 4.0 platform on the topics of Catena-X, Manufacturing-X and Factory-X.

Pure inspiration

Between OT, IT and completely new perspectives, we took away many fresh ideas. The concrete use cases were particularly exciting – from smart control solutions to practical examples such as the Digital Product Passport or Product Change Notification.

Conclusion

Hannover Messe 2025 was a real boost for us – technically, personally and in terms of content. We are returning to work with fresh energy and new ideas. We are looking forward to what lies ahead.
